The Philippine National Railways, Through The Corporate Operating Budget (cob) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred Seventy-nine Thousand Seven Hundred Two And 67/100 (₱2,179,702.67) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Air Conditioning Units For Bicol Area. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Air Conditioning Units For Bicol Area. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
