Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Rice (rebid) 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The Savings From Corporate Operating Budget (cob) For Cy 2022, Intends To Procure The Following: Lot No. Item/description Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Bidding Document Fee 1 Rice One Million Seven Hundred Four Thousand Three Hundred Forty Pesos (php1,704,340.00) Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Rice (rebid). Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within The Delivery Period Stated In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
