Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Bridge Maintenance Tools 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Nine Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventeen And 56/100 (₱10,989,917.56) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Bridge Maintenance Tools. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Bridge Maintenance Tools. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
