Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Engineering Staff House At Naga. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred (200) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
