Description Invitation To Bid For Repainting Of Pnr Executive Building 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For Cy 2019 Thru Gaa 2024 Special Provision Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seven Hundred Seventy-two Thousand Seventy-seven And 00/100 Pesos (₱4,772,077.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repainting Of Pnr Executive Building. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Repainting Of Pnr Executive Building. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
