The Items/goods Shall Be Delivered Within One (1) Year After Receipt Of Purchase Order And Notice To Proceed To Pnoc Ec Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bgc, Taguig City. Pnoc Ec Now Invites Qualified Bidders To Submit Proposals For The Project. Financial Proposals Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening.
