Description Invitation To Bid For Negotiated Procurement Two Failed Biddings Procurement Of Computerized Accounting System (cas) Reference No. 2024-11-188 1. In View Of The Of The Two (2) Failed Biddings, The Philippine National Oil Company (pnoc) Invites Suppliers To Participate In The Negotiation For The Procurement Of Computerized Accounting System (cas); 2. The Pnoc Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seventy Thousand Pesos (php 4,070,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Aforesaid Provision With The Terms Of Reference Hereof; 3.
