The Philippine International Convention Center (picc), Through The Approved Budget For Cy 2024 And Multi-year Contracting Authority (myca), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hunred Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (php2,307,600.00) Vat Inclusive, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Three (3) – Year Subscription Of 210mbps Internet Bandwidth Speed (picc App 2024–up-06). 2. The Picc Now Invites Bids For The Abovementioned Requirement. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Abovementioned Requirement. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bids Received In Excess Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
