The Philippine International Convention Center (picc), Through The Approved Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Eight Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-six Pesos And Eighty-two Centavos (php10,852,876.82), Vat Inclusive, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Labor And Materials For The Replacement Of Ceiling At The Plenary Hall (app No. 2024-up- 40 ). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Picc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Twenty-eight (28) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within The Last Five (5) Years, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
