C) Cleaning Of Dispenser At Least Once A Month At No Cost On The Part Of Pia; D) In The Event Of Defect Which Necessitates The Pull-out Of The Dispenser, The Supplier Shall Provide Service For Free Without Additional Cost; E) Furnish Pia The Quarterly Of Its Regular Laboratory Analysis (physical/chemical Analysis And Bacteriological Analysis). F) Weekly Delivery Of At Least 75 Containers. The Agency Has The Option To Increase Or Decrease The Requirement For Purified Drinking Water As Needed; G) In Case The Requirement Exceeds The Quantity Stipulated In The Contract, The Supplier Shall Provide The Additional Order At Same Price. H) Monthly Payment After Acceptance Of Delivery And Billing Invoice Of Purified Drinking Water To Pia Subject To Applicable Government Taxes.
