Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bids. 2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods And Services Is Required Within The Scheduled Conduct Of The Activity, Upon Bidder’s Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years (november 26, 2014 – November 25, 2024) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
