Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bids. 2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Are Required Within Fifteen (15) Working Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years (december 2, 2022 – December 1, 2024) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
