The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (p2,377,120.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery And Lay-out Of Various Mementos With Bid Reference No. 2025-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
