The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Five Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Nine Pesos And 96/100 (p3,522,769.96) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Other Supplies And Materials With Bid Reference No. 2025-05. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
