Description Philippine Coconut Authority Human Resource Division Term Of Reference For The Procurement Of Team Development Program I. Scope Of Work 1. Procurement Of A Twelve-month Off-the-shelf Pre-made Curriculum For Team Development Program With The Following Features: A. Aimed At Government Officers And Personnel B. Includes Module/s On Team Trust-building C. Includes Module/s On Communication Skills, Collaboration Skills D. Includes Module/s On Commitment Building, Goal Alignment E. Includes Module/s On Team Accountability F. Includes Module/s On Employee Engagement G. Includes Service Of Facilitator During Implementation H. Each Module Must Accommodate 35 Participants. 2. The Curriculum Must Be Implementable On Site At The Philippine Coconut Authority, Diliman, Quezon City Not Later Than One Month After The Notice To Proceed. Ii. Approved Budget The Approved Budget For The Contract Is Php 963,200.00 Inclusive Of Vat Iii. Mode Of Payment Payment Shall Be In Tranches As Follows: - 20% Upon Delivery Of The Written Materials - Four (4) Equal Payments Corresponding To The End Of The 3rd Month, End Of 6th Month, End Of 8th Month And Completion Of The Curriculum Run, Evidenced By Acceptance By Hrd Head Of The Satisfactory Rendered Service/delivered Materials. Iv. Other Terms And Conditions  The Prospective Bidder Shall Provide The Training Certificates, Manuals, Training Materials, Handouts And Other Materials Needed For The Implementation Of The Curriculum.  The Prospective Curriculum Must Have Been Successfully Implemented In Other Organizations Whether Public Or Private, As Evidenced By Net Positive Evaluation Ratings.  The Prospective Bidder Shall Submit The Following On Or Before November 12 – 18, 2024 , 1:00pm: • Sec Or Dti Registration Certificate • Mayor’s Permit Or Business Permit • Philgeps Registration • Prescribed Omnibus Sworn Statement • Current Income Tax Return Duly Received By Bir.
