Description 1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (barmm), Through The Coconut Hybridization Project (chp) Of The Coconut Farmers And Industry Development Plan (cfidp) Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-nine And 77/100 Pesos Only (php 3,349,669.77) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Handling, Transport And Delivery Of Various Inorganic Fertilizer Under Coconut Hybridization Project (chp) Cy 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv-barmm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 30 Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
