The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (barmm), Through The Sustainable Planting And Replanting Of Local Cultivars (sprlc) Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy Six Thousand Three Hundred Six And 90/100 Pesos Only (php 3,376,306.90) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Handling, Transport And Delivery Of 37, 722 Tall Variety Coconut Seedlings Under Sustainable Planting And Replanting Of Local Cultivars (sprlc) Cy 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv-barmm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 120 Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
