Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Three (3) Units Of Ultrasound Machine With 2d Echo 4 Probes For Donation To The Province Of Pampanga Under The Pcso Medical Equipment Donation Program (medp) 1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (pcso), Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-two Million Pesos (₱ 22,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Procurement Of Three (3) Units Of Ultrasound Machine With 2d Echo 4 Probes For Donation To The Province Of Pampanga Under The Pcso Medical Equipment Donation Program (medp) (pr No. 11-20-240659). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pcso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Forty-five (45) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract/s Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
