The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (pcso), Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget (cob) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Seven Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen Pesos And 25/100 (php19,768,913.25) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Various Medicines For Cy 2024 With Identification No. Pr No. 03-21-240162. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The Pcso Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Various Medicines For Cy 2024. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Approved Schedule Of Deliveries Stated Under Special Conditions Of The Contract And Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
