The Contractor Shall Perform/render The Required Services Within The Time Prescribed In This Contract. Should The Contractor Incur Delay Or Fails To Perform Or Fails To Satisfactorily Render Any Or All Of The Services Time Extension Duly Granted, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Liquidated Damages Equivalent To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) Of The Cost Of The Delayed Or Unperformed Or Unsatisfactorily Performed Services, Including Sundays And Holidays, Until Such Services Are Rendered And Accepted By Pagcor.
