The Hazardous Wastes For Hauling, Transport, Treatment, Storage And Disposal Is In The List Attached As Annex A. 2. Submit Valid Copies Of The Transporter Registration Certificate (trc) And Treatment, Storage & Disposal (tsd) Certificate Issued By Denr-emb. 3. Prior To Hauling Of The Hazardous Wastes From The Storage Areas: 3.1 Secure Permit To Transport From Denr-emb. 3.2 Submit A Copy Of The Emergency Contingency Plan / Spill Response Plan. 3.3 Provide The Necessary Packing Materials, Labels, Stickers, Containers, Drums And Other Necessary To Ensure That The Wastes To Be Transported Are Properly Packed And Labeled As Prescribed By Denr Administrative Order No. 2013-22. 4. Ensure The Safe Transport Of The Hazardous Wastes From The Mez Storage Areas To The Tsd Facility In A Properly Marked Vehicle, In Compliance To Denr-emb's Implementing Rules And Regulations. 5. Processing Of Payment Shall Be Made After Receipt Of Certificate Of Treatment, Certificate Of Final Disposal (if Applicable) And Original Billing Invoice. 6.
