Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed And Contract Duration Is One (1) Year Therefrom Unless Earlier Revoked By Peza Due To Unsatisfactory Performance Of The Contractor.
