The Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Through The Approved Corporate Budget For The Year 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Sixty-five Thousand Six Hundred Twenty-eight And 34/100 Pesos Only [php4,265,628.34] Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Operations And Maintenance Management Of The Mactan Economic Zone Sewerage Treatment Plant And Water Reclamation Plant (mez Stp And Wrp) With Project Identification Number Peza Mez 2024-001. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Economic Zone Authority Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed And Contract Duration Is One (1) Year Therefrom Unless Earlier Revoked By Peza Due To Unsatisfactory Performance Of The Contractor. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
