The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works within the last 7 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - At least one similar work of value not less than Rs. 480.45 Lacs (80% of estimated cost of works) - Alternatively, at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 360.34 Lacs (60% of the estimated cost of works) each - Or, at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 240.22 Lacs (40% of the estimated cost of works) each For electrical works, the requirements are: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of electrical works - Alternatively, at least two similar electrical works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of electrical works each - Or, at least three similar electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of electrical works each Additionally, the bidder should have executed a minimum of the following items of key works: - For quantity-based works: 50% of the BoQ Quantity - For capacity-based work: 70% of Capacity The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed specific quantities of work, including: 1. Earth Work: 1452.00 Cum 2. PCC Work: 215.00 Cum 3. RCC Work: 486.00 Cum 4. Reinforcement: 69390.00 Kg 5. Centering Shuttering: 3050.00 Sqm 6. Brick Work: 327.12 Cum 7. Plastering Work: 3620.00 Sqm 8. Flooring (Tile & Stone): 1150.00 Sqm The actual value of similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder should have solvency of Rs. 240.22 Lacs (40% of contract value) and a Credit Limit equivalent to Rs. 150.14 Lacs (03 Months Cash Flow for this tender).
