The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years. The required prior work experience includes having completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The experience of work required should be under a Central/State Govt. Department and its Undertakings. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of not less than 30% of the work cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should have solvency of the minimum amount equal to 40% of the Estimated Cost of the work and should submit a Solvency Certificate. The bidder should produce a list of running works of similar nature, in progress, and a certificate for their up-to-date progress and execution of the work satisfactorily. For Electrical works, the bidder should be registered for Electrical works Category class "C" and above. The bidder should have experience in executing similar works, and in case of joint venture, the associated electrical contractor should have experience and should submit all eligibility documents and experience certificates. The evaluation of experience is based on the bidder's experience in similar works, with a scoring system that rewards bidders who have completed more similar works, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in between. The bidder should submit a detailed list of physical quantities of work executed as a prime contractor in the last five years. The bidder should also submit a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge for the works executed. The bidder should have a Public Sector/Scheduled Bank's Credit Limit Certificate of a requisite amount as mentioned in the Contract Data. Values and percentages mentioned include: - 80% of the estimated cost put to tender for one similar work - 60% of the estimated cost put to tender for two similar works - 40% of the estimated cost put to tender for three similar works - 30% of the work cost put to tender for average annual financial turnover - 40% of the Estimated Cost of the work for solvency - 7% per annum for increasing the actual value of similar executed works - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more.
