The bidder should also have prior work experience of at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works, or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each, or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each, during the last 7 years. The evaluation criteria for the attribute "Experience in similar works" are as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - Pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum and twice the minimum eligibility criteria. The bidder is required to have a solvency of Rs. 176.47 Lacs and a credit limit of Rs. 110.29 Lacs. The annual turnover data for the last three years is also required, with the amount billed to clients for each year for similar work in progress or completed. The contract value is required to be mentioned in Rs. Lacs. However, specific percentages of similar works completed are mentioned as 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works and 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work.
