The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor on works of a similar nature over the last five years. The information to be filled by the bidder includes the year, project name, description of work, contract value, and actual completion date. The bidder should provide details of similar works performed over the last five years, including the name of the client, description of work, contract value, and actual amount. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least Rs. 97.51 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost of works) with any Central/State Govt. department/Undertaking. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. Centering Shuttering - 1216.00 Sqm 5. Brick Work - 110.00 Cum 6. Plastering Work - 1724.00 Sqm 7. Flooring (Tile & Stone) - 494.00 Sqm The required prior work experience for the bidder is mentioned under the category "Experience in Similar class of works" with 20 Marks. It is stated that 60% Marks will be given for Minimum Eligibility Criteria, and 100% Marks will be given for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more. In between these two, the marks will be given on a pro-rate basis. For quantity-based works, the bidder should have executed a minimum of 50% of the BoQ Quantity, and for capacity-based work, 70% of Capacity. The bidder should have a solvency of Rs. 97.51 Lacs (40% of contract value) issued from a scheduled bank in India within six months. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed works of a value of at least Rs. 97.51 Lacs (40% of contract value) in the last 7 years. The bidder should also have a credit limit equivalent to Rs. 60.94 Lacs (03 Months Cash Flow for this tender) from any Scheduled bank, which is approximately 25% of the contract value (Rs. 97.51 Lacs / Rs. 243.78 Lacs).
