The bid capacity required in the given tender can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 2 - B) where A = Maximum value of Construction works (Turn Over) executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the current financial year) N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited. The value of B is updated to the price level of the current financial year using escalation factors, which are applied at a simple rate of 7% per annum or part thereof. The escalation factors are provided as multiplying factors for different years. To determine the bid capacity, bidders must submit self-assessed Available Bid Capacity along with documentary evidence and detail calculation based on the given formula. The bidder should also provide a credit limit certificate to evidence sufficient liquidity/funds required for proper execution of construction works. The bid capacity required is more than the bid value for bidders who meet the minimum qualification criteria. Additionally, the bidder should have solvency of Rs. 372.99 Lacs and a credit limit equivalent to Rs. 310.82 Lacs. The proposal for subcontracting should not exceed 20 percent of the total Bid Value. The average annual financial turnover of construction work should be of value Rs. 279.74 Lacs, and similar works cost experience should meet specific requirements. For capacity-based works, 70% of capacity is required. The Available Bid capacity of each Joint Venture (JV) partner must be submitted in the case of a Joint Venture. The calculation of Available Bid Capacity should take into account the completed as well as works in progress. The bidder must meet the minimum qualification criteria, and their Available Bid Capacity should be more than the bid value to be qualified.

Stone Flooring: 202.82 SQM The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works of value not less than: - Rs. 745.97 Lakh (80% of estimated cost of works), which includes civil work cost not less than Rs. 593.68 Lakh and electrical works of value not less than Rs. 152.29 Lakh. - Alternatively, at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 559.48 Lakh (60% of estimated cost of works), which includes civil work cost not less than Rs. 445.26 Lakh and electrical works of value not less than Rs. 114.22 Lakh. - Or at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 372.99 Lakh (40% of estimated cost of works), which includes civil work cost not less than Rs. 296.84 Lakh and electrical works of value not less than Rs. 76.14 Lakh. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of construction work of value Rs. 279.74 Lacs, not less than 30% of the bid value, during the immediate last three consecutive financial years. For capacity-based works, 70% of capacity is required. The bidder should have experience of work required in specific clauses, which should be under a Central Govt. Department / any State Govt. Department / Central or State Govt. Undertakings. The bidder must have adequate experience for installation of fire-fighting system and must add proof of experience with bid.
