Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 349.78 Lakh (60% of estimated cost of works), which includes civil work cost not less than Rs. 290.63 Lakh and electrical works of value not less than Rs. 59.15 Lacs, or at least three similar works of value not less than Rs. 233.18 Lakh (40% of estimated cost of works), which includes civil work cost not less than Rs. 193.75 Lakh and electrical works of value not less than Rs. 39.49 Lacs. The bidder should also have building work experience of only the relevant category works, with similar work experience in sports infrastructure work or sports facility construction work. The bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of the following items of key works: 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works, and 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work.
