The bidder is required to have prior work experience in building works, with specific requirements for similar works completed. For bidders with composite experience certificate of Civil & E&M Works, they should have satisfactorily completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs. 614.00 Lacs (80% of contract value) or at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 460.51 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 307.00 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For bidders with experience certificate of Civil Works, they should have satisfactorily completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs. 539.70 Lacs (80% of contract value) or at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 404.77 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 269.85 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For bidders with experience certificate of E&M Works, they should have satisfactorily completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs. 74.31 Lacs (80% of contract value) or at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 55.74 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 37.16 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. The bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of the following items of key works: - For quantity-based works: 50% of the BoQ Quantity. - For capacity-based work: 70% of Capacity. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed the following items/quantities of work during the last 7 years: 1. Earth Work - 2382.00 Cum 2. PCC Work - 183.00 Cum 3. RCC Work - 1022.00 Cum 4. Reinforcement - 108682.00 Kg 5. Centering Shuttering - 5405.00 Sqm 6. Brick Work - 620.00 Cum 7. Tiling Work - 1678.00 Sqm 8. Plastering Work - 8399.00 Sqm The bidder should have solvency of Rs. 307.00 Lacs (40% of contract value). The bidder will have to furnish the availability of Credit Limit equivalent to Rs. 191.88 Lacs (03 Months Cash Flow for this tender). The bidder should have experience of similar works, with a value of at least 40% of the cost of Electrical work. The bidder should have a Cash Credit Limit of 25% of the cost of Electrical work. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least the estimated cost of the tendered work. The available bid capacity of the JV as required will be applied for each JV partner separately on a pro-rata basis as mutually agreed and declared in the JV agreement, and the total of ‘Available bid capacity of all partners shall be more than the estimated cost of the tendered work.
