Pcl/ed, A Joint Venture, Acting As The Construction Manager (cm), Is Inviting Proponents To Submit Their Statement Of Qualifications To Pre-qualify To Bid On The Heritage Marble Restoration And Conservation Portions Of The Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. The Project Is Located At 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This Prequalification Process Is The First Phase Of A Two-phase Procurement Process; The Second Phase Is The Tendering Process. During The Tendering Phase, The Prequalified Proponents Will Be Invited To Prepare And To Submit Stipulated Price Tenders For This Work. The Successful Proponent Will Be Required To Enter Into A Stipulated Price (or Unit Price Based On Sow) Subcontract With The Cm. This Request For Qualifications (rfq) Document Sets Out The Requirements For The Submission Of The Proponent’s Statement Of Qualifications (soq) And Specifies The Evaluation Criteria And Proponent Selection Process For This Phase.
