The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual commercial turnover during the last 3 years of at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder is also required to submit a list of works completed and a declaration regarding works on hand. Furthermore, the bidder needs to employ technically qualified personnel with a minimum degree from a recognized technical institution if they are registered under class 'A', 'B', or 'C', or if they execute works of Rs.5 lakhs and above. The bidder must also produce a solvency certificate for a sum of minimum 20% of the estimated cost of the work. The lowest tenderer whose tender is accepted shall have to pay a 5% security deposit of the work order amount.
