The Administration Building Was Built In The 1960s And Includes Equipment Stores And Offices Used By Resource Conservation, Avalanche Control, And Assets Teams Within Parks Canada. The Administration Building Has Undergone Renovation In 1983 And 2003. The Current Boiler Plant And System Is Outdated And Is In Need Of Replacement And Upgrade. The Project Includes Demo And Removal Of Existing Boiler Plant And Installation Of New System. To Assist With Bonding And Insurance Requirements, This Project Is Estimated At A Value Between $250,001 > $ 500,000, Taxes Extra.
