O Prioritize Topics Relevant To Curriculum Updates, Teaching Strategies, Or Administrative Requirements. 2. Program Development: O Design A Comprehensive Training Module Tailored To Identified Needs. O Include Objectives, Learning Outcomes, Schedules, And Methodologies. 3. Resource Allocation: O Secure Funding For Training Materials, Venue, Meals, And Facilitator Fees. O Prepare Materials Such As Handouts, Multimedia Presentations, And Activity Kits. 4. Facilitator Coordination: O Engage Subject Matter Experts Or Skilled Facilitators. O Plan Logistics, Including Travel And Accommodation For Resource Persons, If Necessary B. Implementation 1. Opening Program: O Conduct An Orientation To Outline Objectives, Agenda, And Expected Outcomes. O Deliver Inspirational Messages Or Keynote Speeches From School Leadership. 2.
