The Development, Installation, Testing And Deployment Of The Online Building Permit Application System Of The Office Of The Building Official (obo) Of Paranaque City - 1 Lot "project Scope Of Work - The System Will Have The Following Components: I.technical Specifications: A)all Internal Users Will Require A Valid Email Address To Log In And Use The System. They Can Recover Their Password Through Their Email. B)the System Will Have Access Level Features. Sensitive Data And Reports Can Only Be Accessed By Users Within Specific Access Levels Set By The System End User. C)the System Will Have Provision For Tracking And Logging User Activities For Digital Footprint And Audit Trails. D)the Web Applications Will Be Accessible Using The Latest Versions Of Google Chrome On Mac/ios And Windows/android E)the Web Applications Will Store All Data And Documents In Cloud-based Servers. The System Provider Will Schedule Regular Periodic Back-up In Existing The Local Obo On-premise Server. F) The Scalable Cloud-based Hosting And Storage Of The Data Will Be Provided For One (1) Year, Subject To Renegotiation Thereafter. G) The Cloud Hosting Should Be Compliant To The Iso 27018 Following The Guidelines To Secure Personal Data In Cloud Storage. H) All Data Collected By The System Shall Remain The Property Of The City, And The Cloud-based Storage That Contains The Data As Well As System Source Codes And Necessary Apis Can Be Turned Over To The City When The Service Agreement Expires Or Is Terminated. I) Administrator Only Feature To Check Browser And Pc Compatibility With The Obo Online Web System" Ii.security: A)the Web Server Will Be Protected By Ssl Certificates. B)the Web Server Will Be A Separate Instance From The Database Server. C) The System Will Implement Industry Standard Measures To Protect User Data, Prevent Web Fraud, Mitigate Bot Attacks, Secure Apis, And Prevent Unauthorized Application Access. D)the System Should Conform With Applicable Data Privacy Laws. E)the Online System Should Have A Provision For Automated Data Back-up In Cloud Storage To Prevent Data Loss. Iii. Online Applications Will Be Automatically Queued And Sorted From The Oldest To The Newest Application. On-premise Applicants Will Have An On-premise Queueing System.
