The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar type of works during the last seven years ending with 28th February, 2025. The experience criteria can be met in three categories: (i) Single work of value 80% of the estimated cost, (ii) Two works of value 50% each of the estimated cost, (iii) Three works of value 40% each of the estimated cost. For example, if the estimated cost of the work put to tender is Rs.10,00,000/-, then the eligibility criteria for meeting similar work experience shall be: (i) Single work of value 80% equal to Rs. 8,00,000/- (ii) Two works of value 50% each equal to Rs.5,00,000/- (iii) Three works of value 40% each equal to Rs.4,00,000/- The bidder should have completed similar works with values such as: - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,59,43,923/- each, - Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 1,99,29,904/- each, - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 3,18,87,846/-. Additionally, each Joint Venture (JV) partner, including the lead partner, shall have work experience of a minimum value not less than 26% for at least one single work of the estimated cost put to tender.
