Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. - 80 % The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are 2 years for Experience Criteria and 80% for Past Performance. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. Valid work order/work completion document 4. Manufacture Authorization Form (MAF) 5. Authorization for the Bid with Bid number mentioned on it 6. Site visit certificate from Authority 7. List of skilled workers with their tenure and education 8. Undertaking on bidder and all relevant OEM letter head with authorized sign and stamp 9. Compliance of Product Specifications
