They should have completed road works in the last five financial years as a Prime Contractor. The bidder should have executed civil works during the last five financial years, satisfactorily completed as a PRIME CONTRACTOR, similar works i.e. Road works of value not less than Rs.0.00 Lakhs in any one year. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to current price level. A weightage of 10% will be given for each financial year for the experience of the bidder. The bidder's available bid capacity, calculated as 2AN - B, should be greater than the estimated contract value, which is Rs.20085002.00. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than Rs.50.21 Lakhs. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
