The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works, i.e., Road works, as a PRIME CONTRACTOR, with the cost of completed works of previous years given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the current price level. The bidder should have executed civil works during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, similar nature of Road works of value not less than a certain amount (not specified) in any one financial year during the last five financial years. The bidder should have completed similar works of not less than a certain percentage (not specified) of the estimated contract value, which is Rs. 985.00 lakhs. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in civil engineering works and provide details of the value of civil engineering works executed in each year during the last five financial years. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than Rs.111.75 Lakhs. For tenders which are less by more than 15% of the estimated contract value, the difference between the tendered amount and 85% of the estimated contract value shall be paid by the successful bidder as an additional security.
