Pre-qualification are invited for National Consultant for Non-Communicable Diseases R e Expected results · Support the finalization, validation and dissemination of the national strategic plan for the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases. · Support the orientations of healthcare providers on the diagnosis and management of non-communicable diseases, mental illnesses and cancers that are the most frequent in Haiti. · Contribute to updating data on priority non-communicable diseases, mental illnesses and cancers and to strengthening the systems in place for the collection, reporting and analysis of this data. · Support studies of the prevalence of risk factors for non-communicable diseases according to standard methods recommended by PAHO / WHO. · Adapt the roadmap for the implementation of the HEARTS initiative to the context of the health system in Haiti.
