The Philippine Army, Through The Advice Of Sub-allotment (asa) Number 2800-2024-0032 Dated 15 January 2024 Intends To Apply The Following Sum Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abcs) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of 13 Units Digital Single Lens Reflex (dslr) Camera Under Sig Pabac2-011-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. Description Qty Approved Budget Of The Contract (abc) Digital Single Lens Reflex (dslr) Camera 13 Units 1,158,999.92 2. The Philippine Army Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Supplier, Which Date Shall Not Be Later Than Seven (7) Days From The Issuance Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184 Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
