The Philippine Army, Through The Advice Of Sub-allotment (asa) Nr 2200-2024-0102 And 2200-2024-0105 Dated 15 January 2024 Duly Signed By Col Christopher M Diaz Gsc (inf) Pa, Ac Of S For Fm, G10, Pa, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (php6,613,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of One (1) Lot Communication Equipment For The Operationalization Of 11id, Pa & Un Peacekeeping Operational Development Program Under Sig Pabac2-020-24. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Army Now Invite Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Supplier, Which Date Shall Not Be Later Than Seven (7) Days From The Issuance Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184 Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
