Dynamic purchasing system: acquisition of enhanced service housing services for the elderly The päijät-häme welfare group (phhyky) and the city of heinola will provide enhanced service housing for the elderly from private service providers under the conditions described in more detail in the request for participation and its annexes. all registrants who meet the requirements set out in the request to participate will be selected as service providers. submission of requests to participate: submission of requests to participate by 12 noon on 30 november 2021, after which the request to participate will be taken into repair space and no new requests to participate may be submitted. that is, applications for participation cannot be submitted on 30.11.2021 at 12.01 - the beginning of 2022, when the request to participate will be reopened. the contract is valid until further notice.Enhanced service housing for the elderly means a housing service in accordance with section 21 of the social welfare act (1301/2014), which is provided in service houses or housing units where staff are available 24 hours a day. the service provider must be licensed by the regional government agency or valvira. the service to be procured is described in more detail in annex one (1) service description to the request to participate. the detailed objectives set by the subscriber for the procurement are: 1. promoting customer freedom of choice 2. developing service quality to meet customer needs3. supporting the multi-product model 4. enabling flexible market access for new companies 5. a service model supporting the economic viability of municipalities
