Prequalification Of Suppliers For Procurement Of Stationery Items & Printed Materials For Opf Educational Institutions In Islamabad / Rawalpindi Opf Intends To Invite Sealed Bids From Well Reputed Income Tax/gst (registered) Firms For Prequalification/enlistment Of Suppliers Through Framework Agreement For A Period Of Three Years For Procurement Of The Following Items: - I. Stationery Items Ii. Printed Material Prequalification Documents For Both Categories, Containing Instructions To Submit Bid, Documentary Requirements And Other Terms & Conditions Of Framework Agreement Can Be Downloaded From Ppra Website Or Obtained Against The Cash Payment Of Rs. 1,000/- Each From The Office Of The Undersigned On Producing Written Request On Letter Head Of The Firm. Sealed Bids Prepared Separately For Both Categories Must Reach To The Undersigned Till 1100 Hours Latest By 07-11-2022. Bids Will Be Opened On The Same Day At 1200 Hours In Presence Of Bidders/representatives Who Want To Attend. Late & Conditional Bids Will Not Be Accepted. Opf Reserves The Right To Reject All The Bids Or Scrap The Pre-qualification Process As Per Rule # 33 Of Ppra Rules, 2004.
