The contract site is located in the Haukiputa (120) district of the City of Oulu. The contract includes the construction of the water supply, streets, environment and lighting of Törmäntie, Keskikuja, Pajukarintie, Koskikuja and Tiilihovinti in accordance with the area delimitation, as well as the removal of old structures to the extent shown in the contract documents.
