The Cultural and Cultural Services of the City of Oulu is looking for a cloud-based software service (saas) for measuring reading and writing skills and mathematical skills suitable for the needs of basic education, as well as related maintenance and support services.

In order to enable the reuse of the area, the former buildings of the Northern Finland Institute of Industry in Oulu's Hietasaari will be demolished. There are a total of three buildings and their combined gross area is about 7,800 Brm2. According to the preliminary schedule, the demolition works are scheduled from March to September 2025.
