We are asking for a Tender for the Renovation of the Niittyaro Playground as a Unit Price-based Total Price Contract.

The contract sites are located in Oulu's Market Square, Vänmanninsaari and Meritull's Port basin. The contract includes the renewal of the Torinranta Pier between the Kaarlenväylä Bridge and the Kiikeli Bridge, the renovation of the waterfront structure of the theater, the dredging of the Meritull harbor basin and the piloting works of the Torinrantna Jk+pp channel, the construction of water supply and lighting to operational condition within the scope presented in the contract documents.
