This Request For Standing Agreement Is An Invitation By The Ottawa-carleton District School Board (the “district”) To Ontario Ministry Of The Environment (moe) Accredited Laboratories To Provide Analytical Services To Test Water Samples From Nineteen (19) Wells At Fifteen (15) Schools Located In Rural Areas Of The City Of Ottawa. Additionally, Annual Testing For Lead Will Be Carried Out At Approximately One Hundred And Fifty (150) District Sites Where The Water Is Supplied Through The City Of Ottawa’s Water Supply.
