This Request For Standing Agreement (“rfsa”) Is An Invitation By The Ottawa-carleton District School Board (the “district”) To Prospective Bidders To Provide A Submission For The Supply And Delivery Of Classroom Supplies On An “as And When Needed” Basis, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfsa Particulars (appendix D) (the “deliverables”).   The Ottawa-carleton District School Board (ocdsb) Is The Largest School Board In Eastern Ontario Serving Students Within A 2,760 Square Kilometre Area Known As The City Of Ottawa. We Are The Seventh Largest Board By School Population In The Province Of Ontario. Our Students Are Based Out Of 146 Schools - 114 Elementary Including Two Special Education Sites, 25 Secondary Including The Adult High School, 2 Virtual Schools And 5 Secondary Alternate Sites. The District Spends Around $300,000 Each Year On Classroom Supplies.
