Announcement of competition: procurement - services agreements reserved ideal players to redvet nursing homes and smestadhjemmet The client shall acquire service agreements to rødtvet nursing homes and smestadhjem, respectively. there must be operations of full-year places in long-term homes with all necessary associated functions. in addition, place should be delivered in the day center. an agreement must be entered into for each of the long-term homes. the procurement is thus divided into two sub-agreements: • services agreement for rødtvet nursing home • services agreement for smestadhjemmename supplier can be awarded both the part agreements 2a, as well as foa § 2-4 letter h. the acquisition shall be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions that follow from the working environment act chapter 16.
